You are not my birth mom - My real Mom wasn't you.
But You are oh so special - and the loving things you do
Make me feel so valuable - You cheer me when I'm sad.
And If you were my real Mom I know I would be glad.
Moms are special people. They are loved and needed so.
Now I am thinking of You. And I wanted you to Know -
That since it's time for Mothers' Day -
And though you're just on loan -
I Love you just as much As If you were My very own!
