     the Netscape browser and Internet Explorer.)
   5.Allow Previews of your pages while under construction.
   6.Upload and test your Web site or page.   
   7.Offer Maintenance contract to maintain both text and images.
     (Visitors quickly leave if your site is "stale.") 
   8.Offer reasonable on-going assistance.
